Skills Analysis Reports help workers identify their strengths and weaknesses and those tasks that should consider seeking help to complete.

3. Create Training Plans for individuals and groups that match training needs with Essential Skills learning materials. Targeted training equals big savings in time and money. Supervisors and trainers use training plans to identify the learning resources available to instructors and monitor the skills being developed by workers. Workers use training plans to learn about the learning resources available to them and the amount of time it might take them to complete their programs.
